OUR PRODUCT FEATURES FOR READING GLASSES

Filtral glasses have special quality characteristics and numerous product features. To give you a better overview, these are marked with special symbols (icons) which we will explain to you on this page.

TREND PIECE

These glasses are stylish and comply with the latest trends. The colours, but also the shapes
and details are determined by the up-to-date
fashionable styles in the fashion world.

CLASSIC DESIGN

This is a real classic: a style of glasses like Cateye or Wayfarer which never go out of fashion and are therefore re-released.

ULTRA-LIGHT

The model is made of extremely lightweight materials. This increases the wearing comfort, protects sensitive skin on the nose bridge and reduces the pressure on the ears.

SPRING HINGES TWINFLEX

Spring hinges are integrated into both the plastic and metal frames. They adapt to the head size, avoid pressure on the temples and increase the wearing comfort.

MOVABLE NOSE PADS

The nose pads made of soft, hypoallergenic plastic, are flexible and adapt to the bridge of the nose, thus helping to avoid pressure points and the glasses slipping off your nose.

RECYCLED

These reading glasses frames are made from 100% recycled plastic. During production, valuable resources are conserved. Overall, plastic waste is also reduced. This is how we contribute to more sustainability – while maintaining the same high quality.

SHUTTER PROOF

Shatter-proof polycarbonate (PC) is integrated into the lenses and frames. This material is very light and hypoallergenic. Polycarbonate lenses are
also provided with a hard coating.

XS FRAME

Filtral’s XS frames are particularly suitable for small heads. The models offer shorter temples in the XS version, both with the metal and the plastic glasses.

BLUE LIGHT FILTER

These reading glasses are equipped with a special filter, which absorbs about 30% of the artificial blue light. This ensures relaxed vision and relieves the strain on the eyes when using smartphones, tablets and e-readers.
